2015
GetEvacuator
In 2015 we founded GetEvacuator, a eggeragator of roadside assistance provided through mobile application and phone calls. Services such as tow trucks, mechanic plus legal consultation, and car assistance was made readily available to users.
2017
EORA Dialog Systems
By 2017, the contact center experienced significant growth and the need for automation to increase customer service efficiency became apparent.
2018
EORA Data lab
We consistently participated in professional hackathon and kaggle competitions in which we procured a multitude of first place finishes. Given our temas endeavours we decided to merge into a commercial company that specializes in computer vision and data science.
2019
zDialog
In 2019, Eora Dialog systems created its own platform for the development of complex dialogue systems. The platform featured python language implementation along with the direct integration of machine learning models.

EORA DataLab has developed several of its own pipelines for training computer vision models, which significantly accelerated the system development process.
2020
OneDash and Vision Hub
For EORA 2020 was a landmark year. We started working with large clients and this forced us to improve and adapt our systems to heavy traffic.
EORA Dialog Systems created the OneDash analytics chatbot system to accelerate the development and improvement of dialog systems, and monitor chatbots and skills in real time.
2021
Moojo and MAGE
EORA implemented hosting for VisionHub machine vision models. By allowing engineers to place their models in the cloud while giving customers convenient access to those models, integration into the system is made easy and makes automatic scaling at times of high loads possible.
The solution was found in the utilization of chatbots which at the time had just started to emerge. We were among the first to develop and successfully integrate them.
Following our successful implementation, several large companies came to us looking to solve similar problems. In response to the growing demand we decided to open a new independent direction for the development of chatbots and automation of contact centers. This is how the EORA Dialog system was created.
In 2018 we opened a legal entity, becoming residents of Inopolis' special economic zone where out main office is currently located.
