The chatbot connects investors with startups that meet a certain set of requirements. The service also works viceversa allowing startups to find investors.

Difficulties faced

We wanted to integrate the chatbot with the Skolkovo CRM system in order to use the fund's contact database. Unfortunately we were not able to do so due to personal data law restrictions

We created another database from scratch to store the contacts that the bot collects. All information about them is located only on the Skolkovo servers.

In Telegram, it is difficult to create a simple and straightforward interface using only internal tools.

EORA zDialog platform for developing chatbots and voice assistants. It integrates easily with Telegram and provides more options.

We aim to force start testing so people can actually begin using our bot. We need feedback from users which is the key to creating a truly convenient service.

Our bot understands ordinary, natural language. The user does not need to formulate requests in a special way. This is made possible with EORA's zDialog platform technology.

The project involved complex scenarios of interaction between a person and a bot, as well as several users at the same time. This option was implemented
on the EORA zDialog platform.

Telegram is the most popular messaging platform in Skolkovo despite extensive blocking. The platform's chatbot was suitable for most startups.
